These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Inseed website at inseed.dev, including the content, forms, blog posts, playbook pages, and related materials we publish here (collectively, the "Site").

By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Project engagements, audits, sprints, builds, and retainers are governed by separate signed contracts and statements of work between Inseed and the client. These Terms do not govern delivery work.

3. Intellectual property

3.1 Our content

The Site, its design, text, graphics, logos, code, blog posts, playbook pages, case studies, and other materials are owned by Inseed or our licensors and are protected by Nepali copyright law, international copyright treaties, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

The playbook at /playbook and the blog at /blog are published ungated and are free to read, share, and quote with attribution. If you cite us, a link back is appreciated. Substantial reproduction or commercial redistribution requires permission; email contact@inseed.dev.

The Inseed name, logo, and brand marks remain our property. You may use them to refer to us factually (for example, "Inseed published a guide on mobile AI integration") but not in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation we have not granted.

3.2 Client content

Logos, case studies, and testimonials on the Site that relate to our clients are used with the relevant client's permission. Those marks remain the property of their respective owners.

3.3 Content you submit

If you submit text through a form, the chat field, the newsletter signup, or any other input on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that information for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and these Terms. We do not claim ownership of your submitted content beyond the license needed to operate the Site and respond to you.

4. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services (Calendly for booking, Mux for video, social platforms in the footer, and others). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Their terms govern your use of them.

5. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inseed disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do our best to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that any specific page, blog post, playbook entry, or piece of guidance will be free of errors or current at the moment you read it. The content on the Site is published for informational purposes, not as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Engaging Inseed to deliver work creates a separate contractual relationship governed by a signed statement of work; nothing on the Site itself creates such a relationship.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inseed will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to USD $100.

These limits do not apply where they would be unlawful under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other matters that cannot be limited by contract.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inseed and our team against any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right through your use of the Site.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are using the Site in a way that risks harm to us, to our users, or to third parties.

You can stop using the Site at any time. Unsubscribing from the newsletter, requesting deletion of your form submissions (see the Privacy Policy), and ceasing to visit the Site are all ways to do that.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants you mandatory consumer-protection rights, nothing in this section limits those rights or your right to bring proceedings in your jurisdiction of residence where applicable law requires it.

10. Changes to these Terms

If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised version at this URL. We may also notify newsletter subscribers by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
