Process

How an engagement runs.

From inquiry to delivery, week by week. Same shape every engagement, same founder on every call, same productized pricing whether you are buying an audit or a full MVP build.

How it works

From inquiry to signed contract.

  1. 01

    Day 0

    Form on /contact

You fill out a short form on the contact page (name, email, country, optional company URL, budget band, timeline, project type, optional message). The form takes ~2 minutes.

  2. 02

    Day 0

    Calendly slot

On submit, a Calendly slot picker appears with your context pre-filled. Pick a 30-minute slot in the next week. Shuhel will be on the call.

  3. 03

    Day 1 to 7

    Qualification call

A 30-minute call to talk through what you are trying to ship, where the project is today, and which of our 4 offerings fits. Honest answer if we are not the right team.

  4. 04

Day 1 to 5 after the call

    Scoped proposal

If we are a fit, you get a written proposal with the engagement shape, the price (within the published band), the milestone plan, and the start date. Signed via simple e-sign; standard MSA + SoW.

Delivery

Four principles every engagement runs on.

Weekly demos.

Every engagement runs on a weekly demo cadence. You see the work on a real device or in a real environment. Async written update goes out the day before the demo so the call is for questions and decisions, not status.

Milestone-based billing.

You pay against milestones, not hours. If a milestone slips on us, we absorb the cost. If a slip is on a change request, we treat it as a change order, scoped and priced before any work happens.

Founder accountability.

Shuhel is on every client call and personally accountable for the outcome. Phase one of Inseed (year one) is founder-led delivery on purpose; year two will rebalance to team-led with the same standards.

No surprises.

No surprise scope, no surprise invoices, no quiet timeline drift. If something is going wrong, we say so before the deadline, with a recommendation, not a status report.

The other side of the line

And four things we will not do.

We do not do hourly billing.

Hourly billing rewards slow work and turns delivery into a stopwatch conversation. Our offerings are productized and milestone-billed.

We do not do bake-offs.

If you need three agencies to pitch the same scope, we are not the right fit for that procurement style. Our pricing is published; the proposal is the conversation, not the deliverable.

We do not staff augmentation as a first engagement.

The Embedded Team retainer exists, but only after we have shipped at least one productized engagement together. That way we know your codebase as well as your team does.

We do not take projects we cannot honestly do.

If your project needs a stack, an industry context, or a team shape we have not shipped before, we will say so on the qualification call and point you at someone better.
