You have a product hypothesis where the AI is the reason users would pick your app over the alternatives. It is not a chatbot added to an existing app; it is the app.
AI-Native Mobile MVP
For founders building a new mobile product where the model is the product, not an add-on.
A production-ready AI-native mobile MVP, shipped in 6 to 12 weeks.
Fixed price, fixed milestones, fixed scope. We build the mobile app, the backend that owns the model calls, and the surrounding product around it. By the end of week 12 you have an App Store and Play Store build, real users, and a working data flywheel you can iterate on.

Is this you?
When the AI-native MVP build is the right next step.
You have either raised, or have committed, the budget to build a v1 cleanly in a quarter rather than slow-rolling for a year. You know that fixed-scope shipping beats unbounded exploration at this stage.
You want to be on iOS and Android from launch, not pick one and add the other later. You also want a sensible web presence (marketing site, possibly admin panel) without scope-creeping into a parallel web product.
You have a clear opinion on the privacy and data posture of your product. Health, finance, journal, or any category where users will expect the app to take their data seriously.
The deliverable
A real product, in both stores, with day-one telemetry.
- A production-ready iOS and Android mobile app, submitted to both stores at the end of week 12 (or earlier, per fixed milestones)
- A backend that owns model calls, prompt management, evaluation, and any data pipelines the product requires
- A marketing landing site with form-to-call flow into your sales process
- An admin panel for you and your team to manage users, content, and operations (scope per scoping call)
- A telemetry and analytics setup that gives you the first signal on user behavior from day one of launch
- A 30-day post-launch support window: bug fixes, App Store iteration cycles, and a hand-off plan for what comes next
How it works
Twelve weeks, four phases.
01
Weeks 1 to 2
Product scoping and architecture
We lock the feature scope, the stack, the model strategy, and the data model. We deliver a written product spec and a milestone plan you sign off on before any production code is written.
02
Weeks 3 to 6
Core build
Mobile app skeleton, primary screens, the model integration loop, the backend services. End of week 6 milestone: working build on test devices, real model calls, primary user flow demoable.
03
Weeks 7 to 10
Secondary surfaces and polish
Onboarding, payments if relevant, admin panel, landing site, polish on the primary surfaces. End of week 10 milestone: TestFlight-ready build, full feature set.
04
Weeks 11 to 12
Submission, launch, hand-off
App Store and Play Store submissions, addressing any reject cycles, marketing site live, analytics validated, hand-off call. Post-launch month: monitoring and bug fixes covered within scope.
For products with a tighter scope, the MVP can compress to 6 to 8 weeks. We will not artificially stretch a 6-week build to fit a 12-week price band.
Pricing
Fixed milestones, fixed price.
- Duration
- 6 to 12 weeks, fixed at scoping
- Price
- $25K to $75K, fixed band; final price set at scoping based on feature scope and platform count
- Included
- Mobile (iOS + Android), backend, marketing site, admin panel, App Store and Play Store submission, 30-day post-launch support
- Excluded
- Long-tail features deferred to v2; sustained marketing or growth work; ongoing engineering after the 30-day window (covered by Embedded Team retainer)
FAQ
Common questions.
How do milestones work?
Each phase has a written milestone deliverable that you sign off on before we move to the next. If a milestone slips, we say so before the deadline, not after.
What is not included in the price?
App Store and Play Store developer fees (your accounts), third-party SaaS costs (model vendor, hosting, analytics), and any work on features beyond the v1 scope locked at the end of Phase 1.
Who owns the code?
You do. Everything written for the MVP is delivered to your repository under your license.
What happens after the 30-day post-launch window?
Three options: (a) you take it in-house, (b) you book an AI Integration Sprint for the v2 feature, (c) you move to an Embedded Team retainer for ongoing work.
Equity?
No. Inseed does not take equity in client projects. We are a services company, not an investor.
Fixed-price guarantee?
Yes, within the locked scope at the end of Phase 1. If you want to add features mid-build, we scope and price the change order before doing the work.
What about App Store rejects?
Submission and at least two reject cycles are within scope. App Store policy issues that require fundamental product changes are handled as change orders.
Case study spotlight
A worked example.
The Nightingale Labs case study (founder-portfolio engagement) is the closest spotlight for an AI-native MVP build, combining a mobile front-end with light ML on the back end.
Case study currently in draft. Once the Nightingale Labs case study ships, this section will feature its outcome metric, summary, and a CTA to the full case study page.
