Build the AI layer of mobile, with a small senior team.

We are looking for a Tech Lead to own the technical quality of everything we ship. You set the architecture, make the hard calls, and make sure every engagement lands something solid. This is a hands-on lead role: you still write code, and you raise the bar for everyone who does.

What you will own

• Architecture and technical direction across client mobile projects (React Native and Expo).
• Turning AI features (RAG, semantic search, voice, on-device models) into production-grade, cost-aware integrations.
• Code review, technical standards, and the quality bar across the team.
• Scoping and de-risking new engagements with realistic estimates and a clear plan.
• Mentoring engineers and growing the depth of the team.
• Being a credible technical voice on client calls when it matters.

What we are looking for

• 6+ years shipping production mobile apps, with deep React Native and TypeScript experience.
• You have led projects or a team before, not just contributed to them.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI or LLM features into real apps (or a strong, demonstrable ramp).
• Comfortable across our stack: React Native, Expo, TypeScript, Next.js, Supabase, Firebase.
• You turn a vague client ask into a concrete plan, and you communicate it well in English.
• You care about clean architecture and shipping on time, in that order of stubbornness.

Nice to have

• End-to-end App Store and Play Store release experience.
• Writing native modules when React Native runs out of road.
• Working async with US, Canadian, UK, or Australian clients.
