Inseed is based in Kathmandu, Nepal. This policy is written to comply with Nepal's Privacy Act, 2075 (2018) and supporting Privacy Regulations, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA.

6. Data retention
- Contact form submissions and inquiry correspondence: retained for the duration of any ongoing or potential engagement, plus 24 months thereafter, then deleted or anonymized.
- Newsletter subscriber email addresses: retained until you unsubscribe; then deleted within 30 days.
- Cookieless analytics event data (PostHog): retained for 12 months, then aggregated and anonymized.
- Server logs (Vercel): retained per Vercel's default retention.
7. Your rights

9. Children's privacy
This website is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@inseed.dev and we will delete it. We also comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) for children under 13.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, accidental loss, and misuse.
