LinkedInAbout Inseed
Inseed is a 12-person mobile and AI integration agency. We are founder-led, mobile-native, and we don't take projects we can't honestly do.

From the founder
Most agency websites are written by marketing people. This one isn't. I'm Shuhel. I've been writing React Native code for eight years and change, and I started Inseed at the end of 2023 because I kept watching the same thing happen.
A founder or a CTO would come to me, sometimes through a sub-contract from another agency, sometimes through a warm intro, and the conversation would go one of two ways. Either: "we want to add AI to our mobile app, but the only way to do it is to rebuild the app, and we can't afford to rebuild the app." Or: "we shipped an AI feature already, it's a chatbot in a corner, nobody uses it, and the board still keeps asking why we don't have more AI." Both teams were trying. Both teams were stuck. The thing they were stuck on was the same thing: nobody around them had shipped AI into a production mobile codebase before, and nobody around them was going to.
The shape of the problem is real. Most AI agencies are web-first. They will wire a Next.js app to OpenAI in a weekend and they are very good at that work. Almost none of them have shipped a React Native build, debugged a TestFlight reject, or tuned a model call so it survives a 3G connection in a tunnel. Most React Native agencies do not do AI. They are very good at the part where the app works on the user's device, and they would rather not become AI specialists in their spare time. The intersection is small and underserved. That is where Inseed sits.
I started small. The first six months were mostly me. I picked up a handful of sub-contracted projects with other agencies and a couple of direct engagements, and I learned what it took to ship the work on time and at the quality I wanted. By the middle of 2024, the team was four people. Today it is ten: six full-stack engineers (most of them mobile-leaning), a designer, a senior QA, one on sales and marketing, and one on HR and operations. We work from Kathmandu, and our clients are split roughly 60/40 between North America and Europe with a few in Asia-Pacific.
I'm still on every client call. That is not a flex; it is a deliberate constraint we plan to keep in year one. Phase one of Inseed is founder-led delivery. Phase two, starting some time in year two, is a rebalance to "Inseed the company", where the team leads the work and I move to the parts of the job that scale. Right now, if you sign a project with us, you are signing a project where I am personally accountable for the outcome.
We are productized on purpose. Four offerings, transparent pricing on every one of them. A one-week Mobile App Audit. A two-to-four-week AI Integration Sprint. A six-to-twelve-week MVP Build. A monthly Embedded Team option available once we have shipped together. Most agencies hide their pricing and use bespoke proposals. We publish the menu because the people we want to work with are the ones who would rather skip the negotiation theatre and get to the work.
Two things we will not do, and I want to be honest about them up front. We will not put fake testimonials on the site. We will not claim case studies that were not ours to claim. If a project was sub-contracted to me through another agency, the other agency owns that client relationship and we do not feature it as Inseed work. If a client has not given us written permission to use their logo or their story, the logo and the story stay off the site. Those are not virtues; they are floors. They are also the reason there are fewer case studies on this site than there could be.
If you have a mobile app that already works, and you want to make it smarter without rewriting the parts of it that already work, talk to us. I will be on the call myself, the way I have been for every Inseed engagement so far.
What Inseed wants
We want to be the React Native focused agency that ships with excellence, and to grow from an agency into a product company that creates real value. We invest in every teammate’s personal, technical, and financial growth, and we aim to be a net positive on the world.
Our principles
in priority orderCommunication
Frequent, clear updates to clients and teammates. We surface blockers in hours, not days, and document decisions so others can act.
Speed
We work quickly and make meaningful progress every day. We build systems so next week’s version of a task takes half the time.
Pleasant
Kind and direct at once. We disagree with ideas, never with people, and leave others feeling more capable, not less.
Ownership
We take a problem and become the force that drives it to a solution. We own our choices and our mistakes, and stay focused on the fix.
Quality of work
We test thoroughly, keep bugs low, and rarely break production. We leave the code better than we found it.
